We were invited again to work with Copperfield Communication LLP. We provided the production, design and build of an interactive website for their client Reuters. The site would be used whilst the merger and aquisition of Reuters with Thomson took place.
The regularly updated website was provided for employees with share plans. It gave latest news and details how their share plans would be affected by the merger. A facility was implemented for submitting questions which were answered and made available to all employees via a searchable faq section.
To help employess further understand the effect the merger would have on their share plans, in-depth online calculators specific to each plan in each territory were built. Using real time price and exchange rate feeds, they helped participants model scenario outcomes in as little or as much detail as they like. In addition, global tax guides support further planning and decision making.
