Challenge

We were invited to work with Copperfield Communication LLP in the production, design and build of an interactive website for their client Punch Taverns Plc. The site was part of a wider communication to launch Spirit Groups Share Incentive Plan to its 16,000 employees.

Solution

Not just a simple static site. It included a number interactive elements, some share plan calculations and a quiz to make the employees think whether the plan was right for them. An interview with the CEO was also filmed to put the launch into context. This was encoded and streamed to the site.

A key point to bear with all this was the anticipated audience. All of who may not be computer literate or have broadband connections. Bearing this in mind it was decided to keep the site design uncomplicated but user friendly retaining a sense of professionalism and effectiveness.

Result

Upon the recent launch of the Punch Taverns Plc Share Incentive Program (SIP) website, this was one of many positive comments we received:
