Challenge

Following a decision to extend its range of healthcare products and services, BUPA approached us to develop a website to market its new cosmetic surgery offering.

The website, part of the company’s wider marketing campaign for the new offering, needed to provide BUPA patients with information and guidance on the many cosmetic operations available to them. Potential clients needed to be able to search by consultant and by area and also be given a guideline price for their chosen treatment.

Solution

Working with the client, we were able to develop a profile of the expected users. We then recommended an approach to building the site that would ensure the layout was straightforward and easy to navigate. We designed and built a user-friendly and engaging website, presenting the key information in an accessible format. The website also sits well with BUPA’s other sites.

Result

BUPA are pleased with the success of the cosmetic surgery website which has received far more hits than predicted. The website offers BUPA an ongoing and competitive web presence in this area of the market.
